Enrique Esparza, Jr.

Branch Manager & Designated Broker

Enrique Esparza has been licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and actively selling properties since 2013. Throughout the years he has helped many people buy and sell properties. He currently holds a CA DRE Broker’s license as well as a Mortgage Loan Officer license. Being born and raised in Southern California has allowed Enrique to understand the local Real Estate market conditions and adapt quickly to the changes that the industry demands.

In 2016 he became a Manager of a southern California brokerage with over 100 agents and more than 20 years of business in Southern California. From 2016 to 2019 he helped many agents adapt into new technologies and help their Real Estate business grow while working in expanding the company.

In 2020 Realty ONE Group Homelink, a full service brokerage in the city of Diamond Bar, California opened their doors with Enrique as the designated Managing Broker.

When not at work, Enrique enjoys spending time with his wife Domenica, and their daughters Renata.

Tina Leonard embarked on her real estate journey in 2004, securing her first license in Honolulu, HI. Relocating to California in 2006, she furthered her expertise by obtaining a CA real estate license in 2011.

Venturing into leadership in 2018, Tina assumed the role of CEO/Team Leader at Keller Williams Coastal Properties in Long Beach, CA, where she skillfully managed a team of approximately 200 realtors. Building on her success, she embraced another CEO/Team Leader position at Keller Williams Pacific Estates in Cerritos, CA, in 2020, overseeing a team of 150 realtors.

In 2023, Tina moved to Realty ONE Group Homelink to oversee the Long Beach office as Branch Manager/Vice President. While remaining active in real estate, Tina’s heart lies in leadership, fueling her commitment to guiding and inspiring others in the industry.

Nasim Ahmed has been working as a Real Estate Broker since 1994. After a brief stint in the banking field, he tried his hand in mortgage lending, working as a Mortgage Loan Originator for three years. He then founded his own company, Cal Coast Financial, which he successfully ran for a decade. Later, he started a new venture, Century 21 Town & Country, which he also ran successfully until 2019.

In January 2020, he founded a new company called Realty ONE Group Homelink, which has three branches in Diamond Bar, Riverside, and Long Beach. Nasim’s passion is to serve people, and he is the CEO of Realty ONE Group Homelink.
